Exceeded Expectations Project Completed June 30, 2010 Crestwood Painting transformed the exterior of my two story home in South Waldo from shabby to showplace. Their attention to detail is impressive. The crew started early in the mornings and worked late, completing the job a day early. They were very accommodating with my special requests and did their utmost to do everything as I wished, down to the last detail. After the work was completed, they went to great pains to assure everything was left tidy, clean and exactly as they found it. If the change weren't so dramatic, it would be impossible to tell anyone had been working. The estimate was "right on" and all the details were covered in the contract. Above And Beyond   Project completed June 3, 2010 The team at Crestwood Painting recently completed an entire painting makevover of the exterior of our home. Our older home needed a great deal of prep work prior to painting and this was discussed and outlined early on. Attention to detail was very refreshing - "AAAAA" Rating, From a Contractor Referral List Project completed April 15, 2010   I recently had Crestwood Painting paint the exterior of my Brookside home. Their attention to detail was very refreshing. They first removed all the storm window, which I'm not sure the last time the windows had ever been removed. They power-washed and then scraped the entire two-story house. They taped up the windows and areas that were not to be painted. After the painting was finished, Crestwood Painting made sure to clean up the area. This included scraping the windows of any splatter, replacing the storm windows, and vacumming up paint chips off the ground. They started promptly at 8am and worked the whole day, some days up to 6 or 7pm. It took them seven days to finish the whole job. They did an excellent job of priming and painting my home. My house looks better than it ever has. Project Completed August 28, 2009 This spring I was impressed with the work of Crestwood Painting on a house that was on a remodeling tour. I called Mike for an estimate on painting my house exterior. He came out promptly and was very professional. He listened to my concerns about the serious paint failure on my house, and carefully explained to me the level of preparation that he would recommend. He provided a reasonable price considering the amount of powerwashing and scrapping that would need to occur. Mike and his crew shortly began work and completed the work on time. I was very impressed with the powerwashing and scrapping that removed virtually all of the loose paint that could reasonably be removed. Primer was applied one day and the body coat and trim were painted the next day. Cleanup was very good as well. Now my house looks better than it ever has. I would highly recommend Mike and his crew. Service-driven & Professional Project Completed June 30, 2009 Crestwood Painting just completed painting the exterior of our English Tudor house in Armour Hills, Kansas City. This is a very efficient and professional team. They started on time and ended on time -- with very little evidence that they were even on the premises. My husband and I are 100% satisfied with their work. During our initial meeting, my husband was asking for small repairs, etc., that did not have a lot to do with painting. Other bidders stated, "Sure! We will take care of whatever is needed." I was impressed that this company said, "No -- that is not our expertise but we can give you references ...." That sold me -- I appreciated the integrity. One thing that Crestwood recommended was to use color consultants during the decision-making process. Although I pursued a few provided leads, I did not hear back in time to use these services. However, I think that is a great idea and encourage others to pursue this service. I believe I would have been able to more accurately obtain the "look" I was after with a little more guidance. Very professional and polite March 20, 2008 Yes we were very pleased, their employees were very professional and polite. It took them five days to complete ours, but they had to powerwash, scrape, saw, repair, and primer the entire house as the previous owners let the paint go too long. They did a quality job, cleaned up all the paint that was removed, and our neighbors complimented not only the house but the workers as well. Please let me know if you have any other questions, but they were the best we found for understanding older home around here. Beware of the new home painters that are out chasing work due to the construction slowdown. Many don't understand older homes and will price based on less work then what older homes require for a quality job that last 5-10 plus years. Copy of an email reply to a reference request.

The landscaping, pavement and brickwork were all well protected during the prep and painting. The job was finished a couple days sooner than estimated which was a bonus, although we wouldn't have minded having them around a little longer---very pleasant, polite and nice guys. Carol

Excellent Work!         June 21, 2007 - Project completed Mike Kelly and his folks do an amazing job -- they are on time, do a neat job and clean up after themselves (a nice perk!). Not only are they good workers but they are nice to work with. Recommend them highly! MerriJo

Crestwood Painting does a great job! May 14, 2007 - Project completed Crestwood Painting does a great job!  We were very pleased with the work performed by Crestwood Painting. We have a large house and they came in on time and on budget. Their bid was competitive with other bids we received. They cleaned up the work site each day and were very accomodating.
